Global Online Association for Learning (GOAL) is a nonprofit association that represents the interest of educational institutions, teachers, students, and organizations in promoting and improving online education globally. We strongly support the development and application of new concepts and technology geared towards online learning. We greatly encourage the development of policies and standards as well as to build and sustain partnerships.
